These Felted Art Soaps are like a loofah and a miniature painting in one!  They fill the room with a divine natural fragrance and will warm the heart of anyone using them!  Gently exfoliating and 100% biodegradable they make perfect eco-friendly gifts and stocking fillers! 

Learn how to make these unique felted soaps using fine layers of various coloured wool fibre, wet/needle felt techniques and a willingness to paint with wool! Once the fibres shrink around the soap during the wet felting process you get stunning results. During this workshop you will have time to create two Felted Art Soaps. Having learned all the steps you can easily make more at home. 

Why felted soap? Giving soap a wool coating acts to conserve the soap.  Not only does it create a beautiful design to enjoy but it is anti-bacterial (anti-microbial). The wool also makes the soap easier to hold - ideal for children and for those with less dexterity. 

The felted wool design will gradually continue to shrink as you use the soap over time. Once your soap is used up the remaining felt 'coat' can be made into an 'art pebble' by opening up the back and simply inserting a small rounded stone from the beach ... or you can place a few drops of oil on the wool and place in a drawer to keep your clothes smelling fresh ... or as a whiteboard cleaner or scrubby for the bath. Wool is 100% biodegradable and a renewable resource.

The soaps are organic and free from palm oil, SLS and parabens with delicious blends of doTerra essential oils.
